Release & Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk Agreement
In consideration of myself or my child or bearer of the pin I purchase being permitted to participate in any way in the Nordic Skiing Center/Club
Activities ("Activity"), of the above named Nordic Ski Center/Club, I represent that I do, on behalf of myself OR my child OR bearer of the purchased pin:
1. acknowledge, agree and represent I fully understand the nature of nordic skiing and nordic ski
center activities and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity.
2. fully understand that (a) Nordic Ski Center activities involve risk and dangers of serious bodily injury. (b) these risks and
dangers may be caused by my own (or my child's or bearer of pin's) actions or inactions, or the actions or inactions of others
participating in the Activity, and/or the condition in which the Activity takes place.
3. hereby agree, for myself and for my child or bearer of pin (if appies), to release, discharge and covenant not to sue
the officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable
owners and lessors of premises of property on which the Activity takes place (each considered one of the "Releasees" herein) from all liability, claimes,
demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by
the negligence of the "Releasees" or otherwise.
I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsiblity for losses, costs, damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity. My continuation to purchase
a Member Pin online signifies that I fully understand and agree to be bound by this Release and Waiver Agreement, for myself, and for my underage child or bearer of the pin I purchase (if applicable),
and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
