Eastern Meet Ski Jumping (10m and 39m)

Come see the  first competitive ski jumping event at the Nansen Jump Park in nearly 40  years!  Some call ski jumping "the first extreme sport" and jumpers  from all over New England will show us how it's done.  The morning will  feature a competition on the 10m jump and at approximately Noon the action will move to  the new 39m jump found to the right of the Big Nansen.  (Restoration  work on the Big Nansen is still underway, so there won't be any jumping  on the "sleeping giant" yet.)  Sunday will be an historic moment in the  life of the Nansen Ski Club and for ski jumping in New England.  Don't  miss out!
